If you don’t have any first-hand experience with a particular company, should you believe what is said or written about it (whether it be positive or negative) or should you treat it skeptically and form your own opinion? On the internet, not all of the information is accurate or true. The best course of action might be to do thorough research if the amount of information available about a company in a particular area is nearly overwhelming.
I spend a lot of time browsing the internet looking for fresh information on the subjects I write about, and when I do, I make an effort to be as objective as I can be when evaluating the data I find. Sometimes a subject that I really try to avoid will keep coming up until I finally cave and do some research and address it.
The world in which we live is imperfect, as are the businesses that are owned, run, and managed by them. The same goes for businesses that rent trucks. The majority of rational people, I believe, would concur that this is true, and it would be utterly unreasonable to expect that every deal, every transaction, and every task we undertake will result in a 100% favorable outcome.

I advise you to spend some time doing some research before you rent. The moving truck rental industry currently has four or five major players, each of whom provides a different selection of trucks, supplies, and services. However, there have been more grievances lodged against a specific company over the past few years. In fact, the amount of negative information about the company that can be found online far outweighs the amount of positive information.
I make an effort, and I’ll do the same here, to never promote a specific brand or company when I write about a particular topic. I will have no need to point a finger at a particular company and say “bad boy”, all one needs to do is search the major players in the moving truck rental business and it will be more then evident that there is a difference in companies and the quality of service they provide to their customers.
